Clary was worried when she saw his tail lower. There was a moment where she thought he might jump from the window anyway but she was happy to see the black cat jump into her outstretched arms.

A smile played across her lips as she carried the cat towards the door and down the hall. A few people spared her a glance, a few others spared the cat a glance but no one stopped or bothered them on the way to the front enterance.

"Almost there." She reassured the cat in a quiet voice.
