Clary had thought it was strange but everyone she asked had dismissed her concern. Her teeth worried at her bottom lip as the thought consumed her focus.

She inhaled a deep breath and then spoke, sounding a little bit more tired than before. "Yes, it is strange. You'd think they'd at least have our clothes here but I guess we're supposed to walk to the sheriff's office in a hospital gown." At least it covered them completely over the gowns that lace in the back.

"And at this point I'm not sure if anything will surprise me anymore."
