Clary felt her lips tug into a warm smile. That was cute. Her fingers brushed over the cat's head and then scratched affectionately beneath his chin. She liked animals though it was still rather confusing to see a cat in a hospital.

It was probably fine.

"Hi there." She greeted the cat in a normal voice. She was never one for baby talk. "I'm glad you're feeling better."
