[Well, Steve did say that a lot of people in this town experience amnesia. A lot of accidents happening, too. It's all fishy as hell, but Sam can't really say anything about the matter; especially out here on the street so close to the police department.] Dangerous roads around here, I guess. I was in a car accident, too. [It doesn't make sense, but it's one of the few things he remembers.]

I'm in 5031, with a couple of friends. One of them met me at the hospital and told me we're down the street that way. [He gestures vaguely.] You oughtta be around there too, somewhere. We'll find it.
