Obviously, Elsa is not from Wayward Pines, Jyn knows that. The way she and Cassian and Poe and Leia and Laura and tiny little Mary are not from Wayward Pines. But like Frank and Peter and any of the generic American accents she has encountered, Elsa doesn't sound as obviously foreign as she and Cassian do. Though she does have a cadence to her voice that is... different.
