[ Roman follows quietly, doesn't say another word until they're out. Until the kid is sitting down, until those little shoulders start to hitch and there's no other indications. He doesn't really need anything else because this kid is hurt in some way by not being able to find his friends and his next idea is to head to the sheriff's office but he'll let the kid get his breath back first.
That said, he doesn't get up in Tobias' space. Just moves nearby and sits himself down and watches from the corner of his eye and waits. Lets him have this cry without a strange adult hovering over him. Doesn't mean he won't glare and motion for anyone else to move on if they see him, because he doubt that will make anything better.
So he gives the kid time to cry as much as he needs, to pull himself together, whichever way he wants to go. ]
