It may be that we just happened to be among some who weren't all that hurt from whatever accident it was that put me in there. ( she glances to him, looking him over suddenly to see if he has any injuries. she's surprised to see that he looks rather well and wonders what that means. didn't accidents usually leave some injuries? even small ones? usually in copious amounts? )
