She is crouching down and smoothing out a blanket when she hears the sound of his claws; for her it's not a sound to fear, but something of a "oops, busted". Point is, the sound of claws emerging from their hands isn't insanely usual in the household, but it certainly isn't the most unusual thing ever, even if she's told not to use her claws unless her life is truly in danger. Does she always follow that rule of thumb? Hell no. But still.
She stands up, pillow under her arm, and considers what to say.
