He gives Leia the complete rundown as they got it from Poe and BB-8: the wall and it's power usage, the signals traveling from the police to outside of the wall (presumably), the signals on the other side of the wall and the life-signs that go along with it.
And yes, the tracker. Which, Cassian explains, is probably best kept on their person but not in their person. "With the wall and cameras in place there's not much point to removing it and disposing of it, but..."
