Clary had always loved books. It was a passion that her mother had passed down to her, one that brought a distraction from her sometimes hectic lifestyle. She remembered coming to the bookstore a lot growing up but she only remembered it's owner recently. She didn't know Elena but she knew that they shared a love of books.
She walked in wearing a light pink hoodie and her pale line green sneakers. Her shirt was a bright blue tank that made her get up seem almost cartoon-ish. Clary was comfortable and the moment she stepped inside the bookstore she was distracted. There was an expression of wonder on her face as she moved towards the fantasty section.
"Hello?" She asked when she saw the figure of someone rearranging books. "You work here right? Do you have anything on angels or legends about them? Any location really." It was silly, she shouldn't let what Alec said bother her but watching Jack burn himself of the weird glass sword had made her worried.
