Of course Cassian is here, she's not surprised by that. Her last clear memory was holding his hand and she doesn't want to think about that because it's blurry and grainy and doesn't feel like a good memory. Admittedly nothing about her past feels particularly good and she doesn't remember much of it at all so Cassian isn't much of a difference.
