Quirking an eyebrow upward, he relaxed slightly but he still didn't know what to make of the situation. He wasn't the most trusting person. Or he assumed he wasn't. Alec didn't feel like he was the type to take things at face value but he also didn't get the sense that she was going to do anything dangerous. For some reason, he knew that he'd been in enough bad situations to know if something was going to be potentially life threatening.
