Because if it's that last one, she's gotta be the most amazingly skilled, super secretive agent that ever lived if even SHE didn't know about it. It's not even like she can rule it out! Not remembering something doesn't necessarily mean it's not real. At least, not here. She does remember working some shady jobs for her Russian fam back home. But those were just for a quick payout!

His arm does give off that reassuring vibe and she winds up circling both of her arms around his waist and squeezing him back as they walk. Maybe she could have forgotten.
